Terms of Service — Conver

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Conver ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service description

Conver is an informational currency converter and calculator. It displays exchange rates sourced from third‑party providers and lets you compute conversions. It is not a financial service, broker, or money‑transmission service, and it does not execute transactions.

3. Currency data disclaimer

Exchange rates are provided "as is" from third‑party sources and may be delayed, cached for offline use, or inaccurate. The rates are not suitable for trading, official settlement, accounting, or legal purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of the data.

4. Pro lifetime in‑app purchase

The app offers an optional one‑time "Pro" upgrade (non‑consumable in‑app purchase). Pro unlocks the features described on the in‑app paywall. Purchases are processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. The Pro purchase is not Family Shareable. All sales are final and non‑refundable except where required by Apple or by applicable local law; refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except to the extent permitted by law; circumvent or bypass the in‑app purchase or entitlement mechanisms; or access the app's data sources through private or undocumented APIs, automated scraping, or in violation of the providers' terms.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its name, design, and content (excluding third‑party data and trademarks) are owned by Maksim Aligin and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on the app's data or calculations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Apple Standard EULA

Except where these Terms state otherwise, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves; the "Last updated" date above will change and significant updates may be noted in the App Store release notes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, except where mandatory consumer‑protection laws of your country of residence apply.
